The Labels

With its easy-to-understand categories, ICADA's labels provide consumers with a quick and reliable way of classifying products. The ICADA labels enable our members to emphasize the value of their products and brands.

ICADA is not an association that seeks financial gain by providing labels. Only two of our labels are currently subject to a fee. License fees are charged for the "natural" and "natural+organic" labels, which are used to pay for the administrative costs of providing the labels and monitoring compliance with the ICADA standard.

All other labels are made available to members as an ICADA service - provided compliance with the respective standard is guaranteed.

Consumers have a wide variety of requirements when it comes to the quality of cosmetic products. With our labels, we try to cover part of this demand and provide consumers with quick and reliable information about the quality and orientation of our members' products.
