ICADA cooperates with numerous other institutions and associations to achieve its goals.

Forschungsgemeinschaft für die kosmetische Industrie e.V. (FKI)

FKI e.V. was founded in the year 1983 and is the only IGF member association for the cosmetics industry. It promotes practical, pre-competitive research, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). With over 17 successfully completed IGF projects, FKI makes important contributions to product safety, innovation and sustainability in cosmetics.

webportalis PR Network GmbH & Co. KG

webportalis has been online as a provider of press portals since the year 2000. It is the leading PR marketplace in this field, offering the widest range of information and the highest usage intensity. New products, industry news and expert knowledge are distributed there in a targeted manner. This makes webportalis the partner of choice for cost-effective, targeted and wide-reaching press relations with genuine added value for the beauty industry.

Cosmed

With around 1,010 member companies, COSMED is the leading representative network of SMEs in the cosmetics industry in France. Joint contributions with ICADA in the EU Commission's working groups on regulatory and scientific issues help to create a legal framework that enables the safe marketing of cosmetic products.

Wirtschaftskammer Niederösterreich

The Austrian Chambers of Commerce represents more than 517,000 member companies. As a strong voice for businesses, they advocate for future-oriented and business-friendly policies, such as tax relief, bureaucracy reduction and subsidies. The excellent cooperation has repeatedly been helpful for the numerous Austrian members of ICADA.

Ärzte gegen Tierversuche e. V.

Under the motto: ‘Medical progress is important – animal testing is the wrong way to go!’ this association has been campaigning for animal-free research since the year 1979 and, together with ICADA, supports the approach of banning animal testing for cosmetic products. We oppose efforts to weaken regulations that have already been achieved.

DEGEUK

The German Association for EU Conformity (DEGEUK) supports small and medium-sized enterprises in the field of cosmetic devices. In line with the maxim: ‘Common interests, common goals – association work is similar to team sports,’ DEGEUK and ICADA cooperate on selected projects.

EIHA

The European Industrial Hemp Association (EIHA) represents the common interests of hemp farmers, producers and traders working with hemp fibres, shives, seeds, leaves and cannabinoids. On the subject of cosmetic products, the EIHA and ICADA are collaborating on various projects to ensure legal certainty for the cosmetics industry regarding the use of CBD in cosmetic products.

PETA Deutschland

PETA Germany was founded at the end of the year 1993 and is one of the best-known animal welfare organisations in the country, campaigning for animal protection. ICADA supports this work and promotes the organisation's contributions.
